I like it much more than Level 1. It challenges me a lot more and I feel that I am targeting more areas of my body. I sweat! I love it. It shows how out much I am working during the video and how much change I hope to see in my future!
I’m getting back in the zone after a short fall out and knowing how great I feel after a workout, I don’t see why I ever want to skip a day!
Jillian, be prepared to see me tomorrow as I yell at how “crazy, you are for making me do this, bitch!” haha.
This is awesome. I think what I love most about this is that she is wearing cartoon graphic tees in each picture. Shows that she’s the same person before and after weight loss. Love it.
Needed a little side-by-side comparison for my own sanity. Most of y’all have seen my first two pictures before.
Starting weight, first photo (August): 208
Second photo weight (December): 170
Third photo (couple weeks ago): 150
I’m now at 147. :) Over 60 pounds down! Also, for the record, I am 5’8. I thought I’d be “finished” by now, but I’ve still got a little ways to go. Not much, but I’m not satisfied. I have come to terms with the fact that my build is what it is and certain things can’t be helped, but I’ve still got a little work to do. Mostly need to get my ass back on the treadmill & work on toning. Still, words cannot describe how proud of myself I am.

I’m tired! But feel great. My body is warm and cool at the same time. I love that feeling after a workout. I haven’t been running and I feel that I am terribly out of shape (actually, I know, since I was total weak sauce only after the first five minutes of the video). I cannot wait until Level 1 gets easier so I can move on to Level 2.
For those who have tried it, can you tell me what you think? Are we supposed to workout everyday? How are you changing your food diet? I’m vegan, so if there are any other vegans wanting to lose weight and tone up, can you share me some of your dieting tips?
